Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. She started participating in fitness shows when she was 16, after quitting her childhood gymnastics career. Then she received her Pro Card only one year later when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career when she was just 16 when she gave up her gymnastics. At the age of 17 years old, she earned her Pro Card a year after. So becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel took six year off from the stage after earning Pro-Card to finish her university studies. Her return to competition in 2015 was an extension of her previous efforts, wherein she competed at elite events such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She continued to compete throughout the years following her debut, establishing higher expectations for herself each year. She was awarded four more fitness championships by the close of the year. In addition, she was one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) after she took home in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel took her first six years in competition to get her degree from the college she attended. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was at the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. The summer of 2016, she was named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to be a part of the Fitness Olympia. After three months she took to the Olympia stage and took home the position of 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she had no expectations. The athlete was satisfied with her placement. This is not a surprise since Ariel placed well considering she had to compete with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel has seen her body improve each year. Ariel prefers to concentrate on her back. It is where she usually performs bent over rows, single arm pull-downs (on machines) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. The first step is warming up before moving on to the sets she works on. Ariel is extremely efficient with her time. The supersetting of all exercises back into three to four 10- 12 rep supersets is the way she does.
